Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot federal network infrastructure and servers during off-peak hours.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Conduct nightly system backups, patch management, and performance analysis.
- Respond to alerts and resolve critical incidents in a timely manner.
- Document technical procedures and night shift operations logs.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless system transitions.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network administration.
- Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment or night shift.
- Familiarity with federal compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
