Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal IT systems and networks
- Ensure compliance with NIST and FISMA cybersecurity standards
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for federal agency infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Develop disaster recovery protocols and business continuity plans
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) deployments
- Document system configurations and technical procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure management with federal compliance experience
- Active Security+ CE and CISSP certifications required
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with FedRAMP and CUI implementation
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (IPsec, VPN, firewalls)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Expertise in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
