Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT projects for federal clients, ensuring strict compliance with FISMA regulations and federal standards.
- Conduct system analysis and recommend technical solutions to improve government service delivery and citizen engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system architecture, security protocols, and technical specifications.
- Perform troubleshooting and provide advanced technical support for internal stakeholders and federal partners.
- Participate in security assessments and vulnerability testing to safeguard sensitive government data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal or State Government IT environments.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain clearance upon employment).
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity best practices.
