Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal information systems hosted in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Implement and maintain strict cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with FISMA and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions.
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge bases for internal team use.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing on federal applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in federal or government contracting environments.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one promptly).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
