Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal network infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime and security compliance.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise-level hardware and software solutions for federal clients.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data.
- Provide advanced technical support and remote troubleshooting for internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Document system architectures, configurations, and operational procedures in accordance with federal standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable IT solutions that meet evolving agency requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent military/technical experience).
- Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or Cisco CCNA are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of federal compliance regulations and data privacy laws.
