Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to ensure compliance with FISMA and NIST standards.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support to internal federal clients.
- Conduct regular system audits, security assessments, and vulnerability testing.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports in accordance with federal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal, government, or cleared environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity frameworks, and ITIL best practices.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret/Top Secret) if required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
