Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure systems supporting federal operations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and cybersecurity protocols for classified data systems
- Manage cloud migrations and hybrid network architectures across 50+ agency locations
- Develop technical documentation and SOPs for compliance with NIST/FISMA standards
- Lead cross-functional teams on IT modernization projects with $2M+ budgets
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical systems with 99.99% uptime requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in federal IT environments (DHS/DoD experience required)
- Active CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification (mandatory)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and FedRAMP compliance
- Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
