Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for end-users across the organization.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect county data assets.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and resolve IT infrastructure issues.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations and service requests.
- Manage software licenses and hardware inventory to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Experience with cloud services (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
