Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Provide advanced technical support and remote assistance to employees across the state.
- Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance assessments, and capacity planning.
- Document technical procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of state compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems analysis.
- Experience working with government IT standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, HIPAA) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
