Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for federal agency hardware and software systems.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Manage network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN configurations.
- Conduct regular system audits and software updates to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems.
- Document technical procedures and provide user training for federal employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Familiarity with federal compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
