Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 technical support for federal agency hardware and software systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity, server maintenance, and end-user devices.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols and IT governance policies.
- Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure upgrades.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system logs for audit compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Active Public Trust Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
