Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot server infrastructure and network systems during the night shift.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols and data integrity standards.
- Conduct physical security checks of data center facilities as required.
- Document all system changes and incident reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent military experience.
- Valid Security+ or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware failures.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for government contracts.
