Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for federal hardware and software systems.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and security compliance.
- Assist in the management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with federal regulations.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to mitigate security risks.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations in the Service Management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Current and active Top Secret security clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration within a government or enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
