Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise server infrastructure, including Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive federal data.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with federal regulations (NIST, FISMA, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Network+, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems administration and network management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Active Directory, TCP/IP, VPN, and virtualization technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
