Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal network infrastructure, servers, and endpoints.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal cybersecurity regulations and FedRAMP standards.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for agency personnel.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
- Collaborate with project managers to implement agile IT solutions.
- Document system configurations, changes, and incident reports.
- Train junior staff on security protocols and IT best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or PowerShell.
- Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and Agile project management methodologies.
