Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure including network systems, cloud platforms, and security protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for critical homeland security applications
- Implement cybersecurity measures in compliance with FISMA and NIST standards
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on emergency response IT deployments
- Document system configurations and compliance reports for audit purposes
- Train junior staff on federal IT policies and procedures
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, AWS, and federal cloud migration standards
- CompTIA Security+ and CISSP certifications preferred
- Demonstrated experience with FedRAMP compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Previous federal IT support experience highly desirable
