Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure solutions for government clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ITAR and FISMA standards.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to safeguard sensitive citizen data.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT systems administration or technical consulting within the public sector.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and government project management frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, data privacy laws, and government procurement processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to non-technical leadership.
