Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze federal network systems and security alerts during night shifts.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on hardware and software systems.
- Implement and enforce federal security protocols and compliance standards.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues for federal clients with minimal supervision.
- Document system changes, security incidents, and operational logs.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of security protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or network administration.
- Must be willing and available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Familiarity with NIST security frameworks and federal compliance regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
