Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure for federal clients, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and maintain security protocols in compliance with FISMA and NIST standards.
- Provide technical support and training to government personnel regarding system usage and security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable cloud solutions.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and incidents.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized government software.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GovCloud) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
