Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal information systems in compliance with NIST standards and agency protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement security controls to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, security clearances, and audit trails.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in incident response planning and disaster recovery exercises.
- Stay updated on evolving federal regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this position.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Proficiency in network security, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and data protection.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical requirements.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
