Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal agency systems during critical weekend shifts.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime for federal clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal IT security protocols and NIST standards.
- Perform system backups, data integrity checks, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in compliance with audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows and response times.
Qualifications
- Active Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance (preferred).
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal IT support or government contracting environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and remote desktop technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a high-security environment.
