Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on federal servers and workstations.
- Monitor network security protocols and respond to potential threats during the weekend shift.
- Assist federal personnel with data entry, document management, and system access requests.
- Conduct inventory audits of hardware and software assets.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in the Federal Information System.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for all federal positions.
- Clearance: Must possess or be eligible for a Secret Security Clearance.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
