Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain federal network infrastructure and systems during assigned weekend shifts.
- Perform routine security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure FISMA compliance.
- Resolve technical tickets and provide Level 2/3 support to federal staff remotely.
- Backup critical data and ensure redundancy protocols are active.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to resolve any emergent issues that arise.
- Update technical documentation and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Familiarity with federal IT standards, policies, and regulations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
