Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain federal network servers and systems during weekend operational hours.
- Execute routine system patches, updates, and security scans to prevent breaches.
- Respond to emergency tickets and resolve technical incidents with minimal supervision.
- Document system configurations and troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues.
- Collaborate with on-call support teams during high-impact events.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
