Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal systems.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Configure and secure endpoints, ensuring compliance with federal security standards (FISMA).
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve hardware and software issues.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service logs.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support within a government or enterprise environment.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and cybersecurity best practices.
