Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Conduct regular security assessments and ensure FedRAMP compliance.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation for all systems and processes.
- Lead training sessions on security protocols and software usage.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and government contracting regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
