Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for federal agency hardware and software systems.
- Manage and resolve IT service tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments and network peripherals.
- Ensure compliance with federal security policies and information assurance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and user experience.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Ability to obtain or possess a current Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends during critical deployments.
