Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure for federal clients.
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Manage and maintain IT assets, including inventory tracking and lifecycle management.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, NIST standards, and ITIL best practices.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system configurations in the Service Desk Management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required for federal contract work.
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
