Your Role

As a Federal IT Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for federal personnel, ensuring their technology needs are met efficiently and securely. You will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain hardware and software, and ensure compliance with federal security standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to federal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware malfunctions (laptops, printers, monitors) and resolve software conflicts.

  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software across federal sites.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship: Required for all federal contracts.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance is highly preferred.
  • Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent military experience.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience in a corporate or government environment.
