Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for federal employees and internal systems.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software infrastructure.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal IT security protocols and regulations (FISMA).
- Manage ticket queues and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk operations.
- Familiarity with federal government IT standards and security clearance processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as required by the contract.
