Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for federal and local government systems.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software across multiple platforms.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).

- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are highly desired.
- Experience with government compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST) is a plus.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
