Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for federal systems and networks during weekend and holiday shifts.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve service tickets efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with FISMA, NIST, and federal security protocols.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and servers.
- Document all technical procedures and incident reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance or willingness to undergo a background investigation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably within a federal or defense contractor environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with help desk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) is preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday, or rotating weekend schedules.
