We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Federal IT Systems Analyst to join our secure operations center in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a critical Night Shift position supporting a major federal agency. You will play a vital role in maintaining system integrity, ensuring data security, and providing technical support during off-hours.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot federal network infrastructure and systems 24/7 to ensure maximum uptime.
- Perform routine security patches, system backups, and maintenance tasks during low-traffic periods.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets and critical technical incidents in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal cybersecurity protocols, NIST standards, and agency regulations.
- Document system configurations, incident reports, and operational procedures accurately.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to hand off critical issues and update status logs.
- Conduct basic hardware repairs and assist with software installations for federal users.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: United States Citizenship required for federal clearance eligibility.
- Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) is mandatory.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems analysis.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and common federal IT systems.
