Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain federal IT systems during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Respond to security incidents with rapid response protocols
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery testing
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless operations
- Document security incidents and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with federal IT regulations (FISMA, NIST)
- Provide Tier-3 support to federal agencies during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (minimum)
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- 3+ years enterprise IT infrastructure support
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Familiarity with federal IT compliance frameworks
- Valid U.S. citizenship required
