Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming federal shipments and inventory logs for the weekend shift.
- Verify accuracy of documentation against federal regulations and agency guidelines.
- Conduct security clearance screenings and maintain strict adherence to facility access protocols.
- Generate end-of-shift reports detailing daily operations, discrepancies, and material usage.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics support for federal personnel stationed in Virginia Beach.
- Ensure all compliance standards (HIPAA, NISPOM, etc.) are met during all operational hours.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to hold this federal position.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Weekend Shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or federal administration.
- Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background investigation and drug screening.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry systems.
