Responsibilities
- Analyze operational efficiency and recommend process improvements for SSA programs
- Develop performance metrics and conduct program evaluations using data-driven methodologies
- Coordinate with federal/state/local agencies to implement policy directives
- Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Manage cross-functional projects ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance
- Advise on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Expertise in quantitative analysis and performance metrics
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement and grant regulations
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
