Responsibilities
- Monitor network traffic, servers, and systems 24/7 to ensure maximum uptime and security.
- Execute incident response and troubleshooting for federal client systems during off-peak hours.
- Document system logs, performance metrics, and incident reports in compliance with federal standards.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and patching on critical federal infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance required.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration or system support.
- Proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, and network protocols.
