- Monitor and troubleshoot federal network systems and applications during off-peak hours.
- Perform routine data entry and ensure the integrity of classified and sensitive federal records.
- Respond to security alerts and escalate critical incidents to senior support staff immediately.
- Conduct nightly system backups and validate data storage protocols.
- Maintain a log of all technical interventions and system performance metrics.
- Collaborate with remote teams to resolve service tickets and ensure 24/7 uptime.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal role.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or federal contract environments.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and federal compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills under pressure.
