As a key member of our night operations team, you will be the first line of defense for critical federal systems, ensuring uptime, security, and data integrity around the clock.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot federal network infrastructure during the night shift.
- Perform routine security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks.
- Respond to critical alerts and resolve technical issues impacting federal agency operations.
- Manage server maintenance, data backups, and system updates outside of business hours.
- Provide technical support and documentation for internal federal staff.

Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in federal IT support or systems administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and network protocols.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting status updates.
