Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts during overnight hours
- Conduct physical patrols of federal facilities and access control points
- Enforce security protocols and emergency procedures during non-standard hours
- Document security incidents and maintain detailed activity reports
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Operate advanced security technology including biometric scanners and alarm systems
- Train junior security staff on night shift protocols and emergency response
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret security clearance
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
- Proficient in security software and surveillance technology
- Pass pre-employment physical fitness assessment
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
