Responsibilities
- Screen passengers, carry-on baggage, and cargo using X-ray equipment and physical screening procedures.
- Perform pat-downs and body scans to detect prohibited items and threats.
- Enforce security regulations and procedures in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist travelers with special needs and answer general inquiries regarding airport security.
- Monitor security checkpoints to maintain efficient flow and safety.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
