Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain federal data systems during assigned night shifts to ensure 24/7 operational integrity.
- Conduct routine security audits and access control checks to adhere to strict federal compliance standards.
- Process incoming data entries and generate timely reports for federal oversight agencies.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of critical information and system status.
- Respond immediately to system alerts and troubleshoot technical issues in a high-stakes environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Update and manage personnel logs and shift schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold or be eligible for a Department of Defense Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal contracting, IT support, or operations, preferably in a night-shift capacity.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: Associate’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, or Criminal Justice) or equivalent military experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with government communication systems (e.g., SIPRNet, JWA).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write detailed operational reports.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance record and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
