Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain federal communication and data systems during night operations.
- Perform routine diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.

- Respond to critical system alerts and coordinate with day-shift technical teams.
- Update technical documentation and incident reports in real-time.
- Conduct nightly security audits and access control checks.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, network operations, or facility management.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a government background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills under pressure and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
