Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal facility security protocols and access controls during weekend shifts.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and classified documentation in strict compliance with federal regulations.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA and federal standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs for federal equipment and supplies.
- Assist federal staff and visitors with administrative inquiries and general support tasks.
- Report security breaches or anomalies to the duty officer immediately.
- Perform data entry and record-keeping duties for federal case files.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal role.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in government, military, or law enforcement is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedural guidelines.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
