Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to federal project managers and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of required federal compliance documentation and reports.
- Manage and organize sensitive federal records with the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, briefings, and inter-agency collaborations.
- Monitor compliance with federal regulations and internal agency policies.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen (mandatory for federal roles).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or federal contract management.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific software (e.g., JPL, SharePoint).
- Availability: Must be available to work a part-time schedule (20-30 hours per week) on-site in Boston, MA.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation status.
