Responsibilities
- Analyze and process federal pension plan applications and calculations with high accuracy.
- Manage weekend workload, ensuring timely resolution of employee inquiries and claims.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, OPM guidelines, and pension laws.
- Review and update employee pension records in federal systems.
- Collaborate with HR teams to resolve complex pension discrepancies.
- Maintain confidential documentation regarding employee retirement benefits.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for Federal employment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous experience in pension administration, retirement planning, or federal HR is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to interpret complex federal regulations and policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
