Responsibilities
- Administer and manage federal pension plans, ensuring all calculations and disbursements are accurate and timely.
- Conduct actuarial analyses and prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Review and process retirement applications, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal pension administration or government benefits management.
- Strong working knowledge of FERS (Federal Employees Retirement System) and Social Security regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
