Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans including TSP and FERS benefits
- Conduct eligibility audits and benefit calculations
- Develop compliance reports for OMB and GAO
- Train federal employees on retirement planning
- Coordinate with OPM on policy implementation
- Manage pension fund investments within federal guidelines
- Respond to congressional inquiries within 48 hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or Public Administration
- 3+ years pension/benefits administration experience
- Federal HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred
