- Collaborate with legal and financial teams on fiduciary compliance matters
- Manage participant communications and educational workshops
- Analyze pension fund performance and recommend investment adjustments
- Oversee plan audits and regulatory reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field required
- 5+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Federal benefits certification (e.g., CBP) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in pension management software (e.g., PeopleSoft)
- Deep understanding of TSP, FERS, and CSRS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
