Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance of federal pension plans with ERISA and OPM regulations
- Analyze plan financial statements and conduct risk assessments
- Develop retirement policy recommendations for federal agencies
- Manage participant inquiries and dispute resolution processes
- Collaborate with OPM and Treasury on retirement system modernization

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of pension plan administration or benefits management experience
- Deep knowledge of federal retirement systems (FERS, CSRS) and ERISA
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial statement analysis
- Federal security clearance eligibility (required)
- Proficiency in federal benefits software (e.g., HRIS, BENEFITS)
